This is where the real work happens. Christine helps you put the plan into practice, troubleshoot what isn't working, and adapt as your life and goals shift. Most clients meet weekly or biweekly to keep momentum going. Progress over perfection.
Between sessions, Christine builds a personalized wellness game plan based on what you shared. Clear, specific, and tailored to how you actually live. This becomes the foundation for the coaching sessions that follow.
We get to know each other. You share your full health history, current habits, supplements, recent bloodwork (if you have it), and what you want to feel. Christine listens, asks questions, and gathers everything she needs to start building your plan.
Most nutrition coaches don't understand how you move. Most movement teachers don't understand how you eat. Christine works in both. That means your nutrition plan accounts for how your body actually performs and recovers, whether you're in the studio twice a week or chasing kids around all day. And if you're already a Pilates client, the two practices reinforce each other in ways most people never get to experience.
You don't need to be a Pilates client to work with Christine on nutrition. But if you are, she'll be looking at the whole picture.
"I'd been telling myself the 3pm crash was just my life. Three kids, a full-time job, no time to eat real food. I'd tried elimination diets, intermittent fasting, the whole carousel. Two months in with Christine and I don't crash anymore. I haven't reached for an afternoon coffee in weeks, and I'm actually sleeping through the night for the first time since my oldest was born. The wild part is that she didn't take anything away. She helped me build a few habits I could actually keep, and the energy followed."
"I came to Christine after probably ten years of diets. Whole30, keto, intermittent fasting, the works. I'd always lose weight and then gain it back plus some. The first thing she said in our intro was that we weren't going to do any of that. Then the plan she built was around how I actually eat, what my schedule looks like, the foods my family makes for Sunday dinner. I've held the same weight for six months for the first time in my adult life, and I'm not forcing anything. The plan is just how I live now."
"I've been a Pilates client of Christine's for almost 4 years. When she mentioned she was now doing nutrition coaching I signed up because I trust her with my body. What I didn't expect was how connected the two practices would be. She'd look at how I was performing in class and ask if I'd slept, when I'd last eaten, what was happening at home. My recovery between sessions is night-and-day different now. I feel stronger at 47 than I did at 37, and I credit a lot of that to having someone who looks at the whole picture."
