Bloom is a 90-minute one-on-one session with Nicolette Amato, founder of Reflective Lily. Each session weaves together intuitive guidance, tarot, and grounded reflection to help you navigate the questions in front of you. Career, relationships, identity, or the quieter kind of growth that's harder to name.

It isn't therapy. It's a different kind of mirror, held by someone who's genuinely tuned in. You leave with clarity, often a sense of permission, and a real feeling of being seen.

Bloom brings Nicolette's Reflective Lily practice into the Long Core studio. Same work, same care, in a space that feels like ours and yours.

Part Coaching.
Part Intuitive Reading. All You.

What a session looks like

Nicolette Amato is the founder of Reflective Lily, a practice that took root in 2020 during the stillness of lockdown. By day she's an HR executive. By night, she's a poet, intuitive coach, and Pilates apprentice at Long Core.

For years, Nicolette felt scattered. She was climbing the corporate ladder as an HR executive but couldn't stop being drawn to card readings, movement, and the quieter work of helping people understand their own energy. Leadership meetings and candlelit card pulls. Structured 9-to-5 and intuitive movement. The dance between logic and magic eventually became the foundation of everything she creates.

Her own healing journey led her through therapy, reiki, human design studies at the International Human Design School, and countless hours on the Pilates reformer. Each modality taught her something different. The real wisdom came from learning to trust the seasons within herself.

Reflective Lily is built on a simple truth: healing isn't one-size-fits-all. It's an art of gentle becoming. Bloom is the version of that practice that lives inside the Long Core studio. Same work, same care, in a space that already feels like home.

Whether you come curious, cracked open, or somewhere in the middle, you'll be met where you are.

What Clients Walk Away With.

"Honestly, thank you so much for that conversation and guidance. I wouldn't want to have a session if it wasn't someone I trust. I really resonated with a lot of what you said. It's added insight that I needed truly."

ISAIH

"It's added insight that I needed truly."

"I have such trouble translating my thoughts and emotions into words, even when I'm just talking to my friends or my therapist, so I am in awe of how Nicolette is able to take these complicated swirling thoughts and make them easy to digest and relate to."

FAQS

No. Bloom isn't therapy. It's intuitive coaching paired with reflective conversation and tarot. If you're working through clinical mental health concerns, Nicolette is glad to hold space for what's happening in your life, but encourages you to also work with a licensed therapist. Many of her clients work with both.

is this therapy?

No, but openness helps. Many of Nicolette's clients come in curious or skeptical and find the value in the conversation itself. The cards are tools for reflection, not predictions.

Do I need to believe in tarot or intuition for this to work?

That's actually a common place to start. Nicolette will help you find what's underneath the not-knowing.

What if I don't have a specific question?

Therapists work clinically with mental health. Traditional coaches typically work on goal achievement. Nicolette blends intuitive insight with reflective coaching to help you understand the season you're in and what's asking to be made conscious. Different work, different purpose.

How is this different from a therapist or coach?

Both. Sessions are available via Zoom or in person at the Long Core studio in Staten Island. You choose what feels right when you book.

is this in person or virtual?

Some clients come once when they're at a crossroads. Others return seasonally or when something new is asking for attention. There's no required cadence.

how often should I come?

Booking through Long Core reserves your session. Nicolette collects payment of $150 directly at your appointment.
