Meaghan Colleen
Meaghan Colleen (aka Muscle Meg) loves to share her knowledge of the mind and body connection with others. In her free time she loves to hike, cook, garden, travel, listen to podcasts/audible books, and watch Pilates videos. Wellness and movement have been a part of her life since she was young, as a competitive dancer for 15 years, until she transitioned into teaching fitness classes in 2011. Meg grew up in Staten Island, lived in Brooklyn for 3 years, studied abroad in Italy for a semester, and graduated with a masters degree from Pace University NYC in 2019. She loves to motivate & make others feel good about themselves through movement.
