Meaghan Colleen
Meaghan (aka Muscle Meg) loves to share her knowledge of the mind body connection with others. In her free time she loves to hike, cook, garden, travel, listen to podcasts and audiobooks, and watch Pilates videos. Wellness and movement have been a part of her life since she was young, as a competitive dancer for 15 years, until she transitioned into teaching fitness classes in 2011. Meg loves to motivate & make others feel good about themselves through movement.
